At Thortronics, LLC, we stand by the quality of our work.

- Estimates: Repair estimates are provided before work begins unless declined.

- Warranty: Repairs include a [30 day] limited warranty on parts and labor unless otherwise stated.

- Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable once repair work has begun. If a device is deemed non-repairable after diagnosis, only the diagnostic fee applies.

- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for backing up data before repair. We are not responsible for data loss.
